Testosterone in men seems to be primarily associated with increasing lean body mass, strength and sexual function, but it also greatly contributes to psychological status. It is one of the most important hormones for proper sleep, energy, and overall well-being. Testosterone is also one of the best natural anti-inflammatories produced by the body. It contributes to healing and recovery of tendons, ligaments and muscle. It can be administered via various methods: injections, creams or pellets.

Administration is via an oral tablet/capsule. 

Estradiol offers several benefits in managing menopausal symptoms and certain gynecological conditions. It can help alleviate hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood swings and weight gain. It protects against heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, and diabetes (in both women AND MEN). While synthetic estrogen has been shown to have some adverse effects, bioidentical 17-beta-estradiol has shown no risk. It can be administered via various methods: orally, creams, patches, pellets or injections. 

Progesterone is important for regulating the menstrual cycle, supporting fertility, and offering protection from uterine/breast cancer, osteoporosis, fibrocystic breast disease and ovarian cysts. Commonly prescribed synthetic progestins (those in oral birth control) have been associated with clotting abnormalities and cancer risks while bioidentical progesterone can avoid those risks, protect against cancer and alleviate unwanted symptoms. Administration methods include: orally and injections.
